Generate Rows Tool

Im trying to generate rows using the generate row tools but it is not producing the results i want. No matter how hard it either generates another column or "+1" to my existing value in my columns

 

Current data set details

Inbalanced dataset

Data count: 1000
900 of "1" and 100 of "0"
Objective: create(duplicate) another 500 rows of "0"

 

How do i duplicate more rows?
