Fuzzy match solution for two files

Hi Team,

I have Address Cities file which has some duplicates and want to remove them. Also I have a Data file which keeps changing each week and has many duplicates but want to keep them don't want to delete them at all.  

The data file has some of the changes i.e. either address, cities or names.

I want to match my Data file data with the Address Cities files and want to mark all 100% matches as 'Yes' and rest till up to 50% matches as "No'  

Kindly help with the tool fuzzy match

Kindly find attached workflow. I I want to match with all the three categories i.e. Name, Address and Cities but I am unable to find Cities in Match Style. Kindly refer tolls error message.

Hi @mmustkee - I couldn't fully understand your requirements as parts of them can be read differently. However, I decided to build you a workflow to the best of my understanding. 

I always like to match everything that could be matched without Fuzzy Matching.
