Formula which does not include weekends

Hello,

I Hope you can help me with this query. I have the following formulas which show me the 'Overdue' items and works pretty well.

However I have an issue with it every Monday as it'll include items due over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) in the overdue bucket rather than 'due next 7 days'.

I'd kindly need to create a formula which excludes weekends on Monday.

I.e. If I'm running the workflow on Monday 2-Nov and I have some items due on the 31-Oct or 1-Nov, they should be bucketed as 'due next 7 days' and not Overdue. These will be showing as overdue items from Tuesday onward, this is because I produce data as of the previous day.

Any suggestion?
