Formula tool showing error for IIF statement

Hi experts, 

I am trying to build a basic formula using IIF() expression but the formula tool is showing an error

Basically its not reading it through. 

There are no extra spaces or indents here

[UPDATE] - I was able to figure it out using the "" on 60
