Formatting data inside a table tool

Hi all:

I'm using a table tool to send summary data on a mail body. I've done formatting for the header. I need to format the last row of the table but can't find any option to do it. Is there anyway to this?

Thanks!

Hi @tanvir_khan

The answer is yes there is, you can use row rule

Hi @atcodedog05

I've seen that option but I couldn't figure out how to get the last row and then apply formatting on that. Can you show me an example if possible? That'd be really helpful.

Thanks!

Hi @tanvir_khan

More on how you can implement it is.

Workflow:

1. Use record id tool to set row id

2. Use summarize tool to find max row id and rename it to last row

3. Use appended tool to attach value to the table

4. In table set row rule to check if [RecordID]=[Last Row] if yes set formatting color. You can deselect the record id and last row column since its not needed.

Hope this helps 🙂
