Formating a date

I have a column of dates which i would like to use to create another column called Lease start Qrt as seen in in the excel imaged attached. The excel formula is there to see how this has been created in excel.

 

Can someone create a a formula/expression which takes the dates converts it to quarter - year (Q2-19) in alteryx please.
