Hi, can someone help me to fixed the data spill? I have attached the sample input and output

No as you can see there are certain values that moved to another row. I would like to realign it based on the column header names. The expected output is in the attached file

No, the issue is the data provided to me and not the workflow. I am trying to see if anyone could help to develop a workflow that could fix the data issue in the attached file

What is the significance of 41916? Is it date converted to numeric? Or what?

 

In addition, can you give more data? Show more examples, see how different the data gets. This helps make the solution more dynamic and solid.

For 41916, that is a numeric field. Unfortunately, that is the only data that I had with data spill
