what formula could I use to pull data for last 6 month only?

[Date] >= DateTimeFormat(DateTimeAdd(DateTimeToday(),-180,'days'),'%Y%U')

You can also use month in DateTimeAdd to subtract six months.  This goes back 6 months from the first of the current month

[Month]>=DateTimeAdd(DateTimeFirstOfMonth(),-6,"month")
