Filtering rows with specific conditions

I have an example of an input file attached

I want to be able to pick up each time only what is filtered

This is the G55200 unit on Level 2 and all the Levels below it until

the next level 2 item which in this case is G55100

How do I do this with alteryx

UNIT	LEVEL	DESC	IS BASE	CUR
G55200	2	AAA	FALSE	AUD
B12345	3	B	TRUE	AUD
B23456	4	C	TRUE	AUD

I am not sure what your filter criteria are, but typically in Alteryx, you use the filter tool:

You can use a Multi-Row formula to indicate which rows to keep.
