Filter tool is not working

Please share a specific example. The only times the filter tool hasn't worked for me was when my data type was wrong or I had an error in the formula.

When I try to click on the filter tool, it doesn't show the options to apply the filter. It keeps showing this message: "This tool has not been configured", but this is exactly what I'm trying to do. I can't run my workflow unless I have this issue fixed.

This is the first time I've had this problem, I don't get it, nothing seems to be wrong.. Anyways, I'll keep trying..

Try to run the Filter Tool example workflow. Does that work?

Can you see the Configuration window ?

You need to configure the filter.

Can you attach a simple workflow or screenshot to show what's happening?

turn off amp? close the workflow and reopen it? copy the xml into a new file and try that? if it's one workflow - it sounds like a standalone glitch.
