Filter Rows between 2 string values for each Item ID

Hi All

I am new to Alteryx

Trying to filter data between 2 string values ( i have checked this forum and spent lot of time to figure out before posting here)

I need to keep data that is in-between  "Verification" and "First Submitted"

April  January 15, 2018

One method I've used in the past for this kind of data is using a multi-row formula to flag the rows that I want based on the condition. See attached example - let me know if you were looking for something different.
