Field Name to add as Part of Header

Guys,

I have a scenario wherein I would like to add a field name as part of the header. For example, I would like to change the header "Score" to "Jan-22_Score"

Please advise. Attaching an excel file.

Score	Month
95.12	Jan-22
96.10	Jan-22
100.00	Jan-22

@KamenRider One way of doing this using the field info tool and with the dynamic rename tool

a transposition plus dynamic rename should work
