FILTER TOOL NOT SHOWING IN ALTERYX DESIGNER

Hi. The Basic Filter tool is not showing anywhere on my Alteryx. When I tried to use the "Filter In DB" tool, I got an error saying there is a missing connection. Please help! I've attached the file for reference.

So you have two separate issue?

#1. Filter tool is not found on your Alteryx Designer menu.

#2. Filter In-DB tool outputs message "missing connection".

Issue #1

Please try to search the tool with text box on top-right of the screen.

If Filter tool hits in the search but you cannot find it on the menu bar,

you may want to check Tool Palette configuration button on the top-right.

If Filter tool is still not found, it might be a product issue. It may be better to contact the vendor support.
