Extract Date & Time from a field

I am trying to extract date & time from a field. 

Can someone please help me with it? Attached for reference.

Field:

9/09/2020 7:28:56 p.m.

Extract: 

Date in dd-mm-yyyy format 

Time in HH:MM:SS am/pm format

Here is a solution for you. I was not sure about your date format, so I've used M/D/Y format.

@udles5666 , I have made a slight change converted the exact date into dd-mm-yyyy format. Refer to this file.
