Existing Server-based workflow "invisible" when trying to open it in Designer

Hi folks,

 

Has anybody seen the issue where a workflow clearly exists on the server (mine has been on there for over 4 years and runs every week without issue).  However when I try to open it from designer and I search by name it just isnt on the list of available workflows to open.  Also, when I search by my last name it pulls up my workflows but this one is not on the list of workflows either.

 

It doesnt make any sense, so I was hoping someone has encountered this and has ideas on what to do to resolve it.

 

As always, I appreciate any feedback/insight that can be provided.  🤘
