I have two separate Filtered reports - I've used a Select Tool to sort out the data for just one column from the first report "Legal". Every item listed in the "Legal" column from the first report should not be included on a new report when the 1st filtered report and 2nd filtered report are joined.
I'm not sure if I should use a Find Replace, Join or Unique Tool..

can you share sample data of both reports? With your attached example, I still need to make assuptions and thus cannot tell you the answer.
However, please find already a mock solution attached. Here I assumed that the column "legal" in the first report also exists in the second reports.
