Excel Pivot Question

Hi All, 

Can anyone advise how to create the pivot as in excel via Alteryx?

Been trying lot of variations but cant get through this.

It depends on the layout of your input data, but here's an example.  You might need to use a cross-tab tool if you want a field to appear as columns.
