Error while reading xml

Hi,

I get the following error: "Error while reading xml: ParseError: unable to open primary document entity 'C(..)' at line 0 and column 0 and I do have special characters in my filepath. How ever since the filepath is related to the Macro I can not change the filepath. I have a the version Version: 2023.1.1.123 of Alteryx and before I updated this was not an issue. 

Any ideas on how to solve this without changning the filepath?
I am using Unicode UTF-8 as language setting.
