this is on my company profile and i cannot run as administrator, so i need to understand this issue and how it needs to be solved
It is very rare to see an H disk, can you check if that drive actually exists and you have write access to that location?
If this is indeed incorrect, I would recommend you change it to correct path. You can do it from "Options>User Settings>Edit User Settings" Under general tab, you see will the logging directory.
Make sure it points to a folder you have write access to, e.g., C:\Users\YourName\Documents\AlteryxLogs
