Error message when trying to update a file in SharePoint

I get this error message when running a workflow in Designer.  Can someone tell me if this is a permission error?

This looks to be an error from the Sharepoint side. You'll want to reach out to your Sharepoint admin to have them check your Sharepoint settings. If you continue to run into issues please reach out to alteryx support.
