Error in Dynamic Input tool

We are getting following error while running workflow in Dynamic Input tool : 

Error: Dynamic Input (28): Unsuccessful execution caused by an unavailable resource.

Kindly help with the resolution .

Error: Dynamic Input (28): Unsuccessful execution caused by an unavailable resource.

The issue is in the Dynamic Input (28) tool in your workflow if you have one or more tool, the number 28 helps to identify the correct one.

Unsuccessful execution caused by an unavailable resource. - The issue is because of the bad path or the filename used.
