Error Message by running the Field Summary Tool

Hi experts, 

When using the Field Summary tool I get the subsequent error message: 

Error: Field Summary (28): Tool #275: Tool #105: The external program "cmd" returned an error code: 1

Any idea why and what to do?

Thanks a lot for your solution.

Just to double check my understanding, do you mean that we shouldn't have any space in the entire file path for temporary files? Specifically, Is it correct that we need to change the temporary file at Runtime tab of Workflow - Configuration (see the screenshot)?
