Embedded new line and truncated characters error in emai ltool

hi, 

I am using the Email tool to send an excel file to multiple users. I am taking the attachment from the below workflow so i selected the file and the "Body of Email" field which corresponds to the text i put in the excel file it's referring to. I know the issue is that i have separate lines and numbers/characters in the text but i don't know how to fix it. I think i can use the Report Text Tool but  will this allow me to keep my same format of sending different files to different email addresses?

Would appreciate any guidance out there!

actually the first line of this question should say that i am using the email tool to send different files to different people (based on branch).
