Email tool settings question

Hello team,

I need your help with the following situation:

I have a report that lists all the supplies, with the location they're stored in and the distribution assistant assigned to each supply type.

I need to send separate reports to each distribution assistant, that will list only their assigned supplies and location. Each distribution assistant should not see the list of supplies assigned to the other distribution assistants.

I try to use the Summarize tool but do I select Group by for Supply type, location, Distribution assistant and email?

Hello @Raj 

Thank you for providing me with this link but it takes me to the general information about the email tool. So I still need help to figure it out

I attached a sample of the data that I need to be sent out to the distribution assistant.

I need separate emails to be sent out to the DAs for their respective materials, not for all of them

For example

1. John Smith should receive just ONE email with just his assigned material (currently line 2)

2, Jane Doe should receive just ONE email with her assigned materials: currently lines 2 and 6).

I tried using the Summarize tool and group by study, DA, email but it does not work. All testing emails contained the entire report not only the assigned lines.
