Email subject line

Hello,

Please find the attached WF. I am looking for a solution where a subject line in the Email tool will just include unique status with some additional text.

e.g.

1) For CName Kuber Decor the subject line should be 

Subject Line: "Information -Kuber Décor - Active"

2) For CName ABIL Ltd the subject line should be 

Subject Line: "Information -ABIL Ltd - Active, Hold"

3) For CName Raj Techno the subject line should be 

Subject Line: "Information -Raj Techno - Inactive"

@Kketan24 Adding one more summarise tool will solve your issue
