Email sent multiple times

The email is sent equivalent to number of records each time. Please suggest any changes that can be done so that email is sent only once.

Hi @varunamin,

Generally the best practice is to add a Sample tool right before the email and select only the first record. If you would like to see some sort of built in option for this in the email tool, feel free to post it to the Product Ideas forum!

Thank you for the reply. But the solution did not work. It is still sending emails equivalent to number of records in the attached file.

Worked by adding an unique tool before the Email tool. Thanks!

Thanks, the sample tool works fine.

thanks for the ip about the unique tool!   The sample tool all of a sudden started failing me and multiple emails were going out on processes that had not changed. This brought it back to sanity :)
