Email encryption

In Outlook when I send an email with an attached file, I used the tag [encrypt] at the end of the subject so only the recipients of that email can open the attached file. 

In Designer when I use the  Email tool using the same tag [encrypt] in the subject it send the email without encryption.

I tried with the options Encryption SSL/TLS and Encryption STARTTLS but every time I get the same error "Timeout was reached". If I send the email without encryption option I receive the email without any problem.

In my experience, it is always good to speak with the internal Alteryx Server team (if you have one) or with the IT team to see what is the default way that they understand as correct to configure this tool. This configuration depends ofthe internal policies/configuration of your enterprise email, not just on Alteryx.
