Hi Team,
Theres a solution which was running from years and was triggering an email, but from 2 days there's an issue.
I am getting message saying 5 emails triggered but none of them are received in outlook.
But we are using the same FMB email in many other solutions and it's working fine, and we are receiving an email for those solution.
Can please help us ASAP to understand this scenario.
Please it will be very grateful.

I'm not certain that this is the cause of your issue, but it could be worth noting the following:
In one of the updates (I think 24.1), the email tool functionality changed slightly. If there is an error anywhere in the workflow, then no emails will be sent via the email tool. In previous versions, emails could be sent regardless of errors.

Ya but my solution is not having any errors ,it's a zero error successfully run.
