ERROR: "Input Data (1) CSVFile: A field was missing a closing quote in record" when readin

Hi team, I'm trying to read the latest csv file from a directory and reading it via Dynamic input tool and inserting all the columns to Oracle DB. I 'm getting the error A field was missing a closing quote.

I referred this article and enabled the AMP in the input tool it worked https://knowledge.alteryx.com/index/s/article/Troubleshooting?utm_medium=resultsgrid&utm_source=desi... but i need to use the Dynamic input tool as my csv file will keep changing dynamically. 

Is there any way to solve this problem. screenshot of the Alteryx WF attached

Please be sure of correctly configuring Input Data Source Template In Dynamic Input tool config.

Especially, please check the below option is properly set. If you have simple csv file, it should be "Quotes" as default.
