Dynamically Select Folders & Password Protected Files

Hi all - a couple questions:

My team creates a few monthly reports that are saved in a new folder each month (which follow the format 1. January 2021, 2. February 2021 so on and so forth). Is there a way to dynamically select folders similar to dynamically inputting files? 

Also, is there any way for Alteryx to input/output password protected files?

• dynamically select folders
  I think we can specify the parent folder and read all the subfolder data, then filter out the ones you dont need.
