Dynamically Formatting Excel Output

Which tool(s) would be used to dynamically hilight an Excel output file based on certain logic?  For example, if column COST >0 the entire row should be filled with red, if column CLICKS is blank and column IMPRESSIONS < 10000 then the row should be filled with green.

 

Ridiculous request from a ridiculous client.

Not sure if this is possible in Alteryx, but can't you get this to work in Excel with formatting? 

If you save that excel as a template and then overwrite/append the data each time you should get the requested results. (see the two links below on excel templates).

If you render the output using the Reporting tools then you can introduce rules for formatting rows through the Table tool:
