Dynamically Filter Out Data from PDF File

Hi,

So i want to Filter out data from a PDF file and the file structure for all files is same but the challenge is it reads the data in alteryx differently. I have attached one of the problem below.

So "txt" Field is the entire PDF File extracted data. Now i want to filter out the Address which is record id- 13 (8 hemingway street) for the 1st file and for the second file it is Record id 17 ( 106 DAKSHINDARI ROAD ). So i need to create a dynamic flow where it should pick up the Address properly from the "txt" field in  both the cases.

@allwynthomas24 Hi. so basically we would have need to pull up the address from the text input. i have given that extra filter as what my expected output would be. So that's not exactly what i was looking for. Moreover it would need to be dynamic not hardcoded.
