This is my first post in the help forums. I am new to Alteryx and have a workflow containing duplicates that should not be duplicates. For example, in the following duplicates output from the unique tool, I have a record "Job ID2" (1000123243) that is not duplicated, but the "Route" value is:
How can I get this record to show up in the Unique output instead?
Solved! Go to Solution.
What the unique tool is doing is removing whatever duplicate record it finds based on Ship-to column regardless of the other column values.
You will need to select one or more extra columns ( i.e Job ID2 and ship-to)
Hi @mmaziere
Agree with @MichaelCordoba. You should check the boxes for the field or fields in your data that would make up a unique record to truly find your duplicates. If you attach some sample data and call out the issue and what you're trying to achieve maybe we can find a more detailed solution.
