How can i change the "category" of the drop downs. I want to change the "name" and "address" in the attached.

On the Interface designer screen, the up and down arrows move the selected control up and down the page.
If the item after is a group the selected item will be moved into the group. After I click the Down arrow, "Drop Down (2)" has moved into "Label Group (14)"
In your case "Address" is a group box, so using the arrow keys while "amount" is selected will move it out of the "Address" group
The left and right arrows move a control from one tab to the next if you have them created
If you want change the label displayed in the Address group box, select it and go the configuration window and edit the text there
