Download the data from the link

Can anyone help me. How can I download the data from the link I receive daily in my mailbox? Thanks in Avance

I have 2 questions:

1)This link is variable (everyday you get a new random link?)

          a)If yes, you gonna need to pick the link from your email using the Outlook 365 Input Tool Outlook 365 Tool - Alteryx Community

          b)If not, its easier, just keep the URL of the link into a text input

2)This link need some type of authentication to enter in (username + password for example)? 

         a)If not, you can just pass the link to the download tool (the attached workflow is an example of how to do it, it is downloading a alteryx certification pdf from the                  website to the same path that the workflow is saved on).

         b)If yes, the problem is a little bit more complex.

Yes, I got variable with URL link on it. if i click that link attachment will download and same I have to save into my shared drive.

Which is the format this file that you will download from the link?

1)Download and configure Outlook 365 Input Tool Outlook 365 Tool - Alteryx Community to get the link from the email

2)If the file that you want to upload to your shared drive is a xlsx/csv file, download and configure the Google Drive Output tool Google Drive Tools - Alteryx Community
