I extract some data using drop down tool and now I want to show a value calculated using the extracted data in the interface & also in the same same workflow. I will be highly obliged if someone give me the solution & if the solution is already given kindly provide me the link.

The settings cog on my Interface Designer is grayed out so I'm not able to make the selections described in this solution.  How can I get that option activated?
