Different Output With Different Columns Using Filter Drop-Down

Hi, I want to filter using the Analytics Apps drop-down, for example, there are 9 different codes when I select a code, then it will summarize, transpose, calculate the grand total, and union according to the column selected. However, each output for 9 different codes has a different result and I need to create 9 different containers after filtering. Is there a way to use a single process for  9 different codes, or if I still need to use 9 different containers, how to ensure only the selected code produces output?

I'm not quite clear on what you're looking for. If you are doing the same process for each different code, then you shouldn't need to create 9 different containers. If you have 9 totally distinct workflows (e.g. Code 1 requires adding numbers, code 2 requires filtering a list of string values, etc.), then you would obviously need different "containers".

  1. The easiest solution would be to build a single workflow with only one output that way no matter what the user selects, only a single output is generated.
  2. You can fake solution #1 by performing Union of data before output and dropping null columns if necessary with Data Cleanse Tool
  3. If you have at least version 2023, then you can also make use of control containers, to prevent workflow blocks from running.

Hope these help. Please provide a more context and specifics if you still need assistance.
