Designer | Error: Salesforce Output (249): Record-level error from Salesforce API

I'm trying to insert some data into Salesforce, but I get the following error message:

 

"Error: Salesforce Output (249): Record-level error from Salesforce API: "CANNOT_INSERT_UPDATE_ACTIVATE_ENTITY:Product_After: execution of AfterInsert"

 

Does anyone know what can be happening?

Based on the error message, I found this from Salesforce help.

This looks like an issue with salesforce permissions.
