Designer| Dynamic Rename Field Headings for Multiple Fields

Hi All, 

I have multiple field headings in the format of yyyy-mm-dd. I need to convert this into dd-mmm format ("%d-%b") i.e., 24-Sep, 22-Sep and so on. 

How can I do this in dynamic rename ? Input file attached. Thanks!

You can do it with dynamic rename as @atcodedog05 suggest or with transpose -> Formula -> cross tab
