Hello,

I am looking for help deleting specififc rows from a trial balance. They are as follows:

- Deleting all GL accounts that end in 99

- Deleting rows that blank within a specific column

- Deleting rows that have a 0 in all three specific columns

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @FabianAvina

You could use filters and transpose to delete unwanted columns and rows.

If you any more doubts, please provide us a sample file.

Hi @FabianAvina,

All three conditions could be done with custom filters:

- Deleting all GL accounts that end in 99

!EndsWith([ColumnName], '99')

- Deleting rows that blank within a specific column

!IsEmpty([ColumnName])

- Deleting rows that have a 0 in all three specific columns

[ColumnName] != 0 AND [ColumnName2] != 0 AND [ColumnName3] != 0

If this solves your issue please mark the answer as correct, if not let me know!

Regards,

Jonathan

@FabianAvina - I put together some dummy data and built a proof of concept for your reference (attached). Take a look and let us know if this answers your question.
