SOLVED
I'm not able to display the report & interactive report for this tool, although I'v already changed the tool options to Decision Tree 1.0.
Ps. I'm using Alteryx Designer 2020.1 version.

I guess it's caused by the configuration of the Decision Tree tool (selection of predictor variables). What happens, if you select the predictors as show here:
Let me know if it works for you. It would also be helpful, if you could you provide your workflow.
