Is there a frormula or a way to have the date format like 18.05.2020 instead of 2020-05-18?

I see there is 1 day difference in the column "difference (actual date & SLED)" from the Alteryx Output vs. the Excel template I shared with you... maybe one of both is not considering "Leap year"..see attached

Anyway its working now.
