DateTime Transformation

Hello guys,

I want to convert sting field to datetime. However, the data is not formated. For example, the format of the string field should be MM/DD/YYYY. But actuallly, the 12/31/2018 is good, the 01/31/2018 will be like 1/31/2018 as the table shows below: 

11/7/2019

12/17/2019

9/21/2019

10/21/2019

Is there a way to convert to datetime as YYYY-MM-DD? Thank you guys.
