I need to replace my dates to this format:
From:
2021-02-01
To:
FEB2021.

You can convert this with the datetimeparse tool. I used a data cleansing to change everything to uppercase as well.

Of if you have some weird fear of the date/time tool you can do this in formula:

uppercase(datetimeformat([Field1],"%b%Y"))
