Data need to move Up row

Hi @Rhaldhar , this simple approach will work if the structure of the Excel is constant - if it changes then you'll need a more dynamic solution. If so, let us know what changes and what stays the same and someone will find a solution

It looks fine. However, now can I place the result in yellow highlighted cells in front of US and UK rows. Please advise if it is possible.

@Rhaldhar you can do that, see attached. However, Alteryx is not the best software to use for messing around with spreadsheets like this. It might be more effective for you to look for a solution within Excel. Hope this helps anyway
