Data mapping

Hi Team,

Please help me out with mapping between data vs mapping (attached both the files).

Points to be noted:

• Key between mapping and data file is "account"
• Product + Account code creates unique key but product code is not available in mapping file.
• In data files as well as in mapping file we have duplicate "account" codes due to different KPI level aggregation and product code.

Expected result: 

Only KPI's name should be added in data file without data duplicating.

kindly help me on this.

Hi @shivu04 ,

in general, a Join tool can be used, but  joining on "account" and "FSITEM" leads to duplicate records. So the first step is to select the "right" record in file "mapping" (there are 5 records for FSL2001 with different KPIs). A very simple solution would be to select trhe first KPI for each FSITEM. I've attached a sample workflow. What do you think?
