Data import on row 2, starting at Column K

I have an excel file being imported into Alteryx. The data begins on row 1 for columns A-J, then starting at column K the data starts on row 2. Is there a way for Alteryx to read in the file this way?

A simple work around is to read in data twice and select what you want and append or union back together.

If a csv file you can tell it where to start. With xls file you can read in and then use record select tool to skip what you don't want.

You might have to use the dynamic rename fields but that is another issue which has been solved here before.
