There isn't a question here. What process are you using that you need assistance with? Just based off of what was provided, A Formula Tool with hard-coded value of 8 will get you from provided input to output.

Using Generate Row Tool i was able to split the Dates as per Start and End Date, however in the first table if a entry is for 3 day the duration show 24.. i need to split it again as 24/3 which should give me 8 hours per day if it for 2 day and the duration is 16.. it should give me 16/2 so 8 hours each date.

Since you are Generating Rows and already have the Start Date and End Date in the data, you can utilize that without needing to Summarize:
