Data cleansing questions

Hi Alteryx Community,

 

I have a sets of data that require cleansing. The data itself was very messy and I am at the verge of losing cool to think about it.

 

So I will ask the community with a set of example. Below is the set of table in uncleanse matter.

This works on your sample data, but would need further testing against the full data set.
