Data Pivot help needed

Hi all

I have a table of data that is structured as follows

I would like to change the orientation so that is looks like this 

I've tried various combos of transpose and cross tab. Pulling my hair out now

Any solution would be welcome

This will work for you, combination of Transpose and then Cross-tab:
